All prices, including any quotes given, are non-negotiable.

Payments in USD will be handled through PayPal. Payments in ARS are possible and can be handled through an Argentine bank transfer.

The client is asked to not send money on their own unless stated otherwise. The artist will send a PayPal invoice when they are ready to begin work on the commission. Any money sent outside of invoices will be considered a tip.

Payment is due in full within 48 hours after the commission has been accepted and details have been established. Additional time may be allowed at the artist’s discretion.

After the initial and any additional allotted time, the artist will cancel the commission due to lack of payment and the client will lose their commission slot.

Payment plans are only available at the artist's discretion.

Work will not begin until the artist has been paid in full, unless otherwise negotiated.

The client has to specify if they require the artist to meet a deadline before a commission is started.

If the artist cannot meet it, they simply will not accept the work.

The fee price may vary depending on how tight the deadline is, please inquire for more details.

By paying this fee, the client will be moved to the top of the queue, and the commission will be started immediately upon payment - so long as there is not a commission with a deadline due before theirs.

The client may choose to pay an extra fee to ensure that the piece wont be posted anywhere else.

This includes the possibility of the artist to showcase the piece during an online livestream to an audience.

Revisions that are made because of the artist’s error are free. Those made because of the commissioner’s error, a mutual misunderstanding, or lack of communication are subject to additional fees at the artist’s discretion.

Please condense revision requests into as few messages as possible, and take the time to double and triple check the work before asking for revisions. Revisions after the second message may require a fee. (Ex: send one message asking to change the expression, tail, and paws, not one message for each). Please be clear and concise in the description of the change. The client can use other works or photographic references to help get their request across.

Revisions during the sketch stage are free.

Revisions to the pose, character shapes, expressions, etc. cannot be made after the sketch is refined.

Hue/shade/saturation revisions on flat colours are free.

Marking changes on flat colours may require a fee, the amount of which may vary case-by-case.

Revisions to colours and markings cannot be made after shading on digital paintings; they can still be made on simple shaded pieces.

The use of ableist, sexist, racist, transphobic and any other discriminatory or hateful terms, slurs, or language will cause a commission to be refused and/or cancelled.

The client may cancel and request a refund at anytime. Refunds does not apply to payments outside of Paypal or payments in ARS, however cancellations do.

A full refund will only be given if the commission has not been started. Otherwise, refunds will be measured in proportion to the amount of work uncompleted.

Refunds issued by the client will not cover Paypal’s fees.

A refund will not be given once work is completed.

The artist retains the right to cancel a commission after being paid for any reason. If it is for personal reasons, other life events, or due to the fault of the artist, the client will be refunded measuring in proportion to the amount of work uncompleted. If the artist cancels due to pressure, harassment, or inappropriate behavior on the client’s part, the client may be given a partial refund or no refund at the artist’s discretion.

Even for commissions that are not cancelled, the artist may recycle sketches/thumbnails that were rejected by the client for other works. The client’s characters will not appear in the modified version.

The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more. See the Fees > Privacy section for more info about this.

The artist reserves the right to make any changes, revisions, modifications, or additions to the image after the work has been completed, and use such edits as they desire.

The client is reminded that they are purchasing a service and not a product, said service is digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

Client receives exclusive, non-transferable usage rights to the Work for personal use.

Personal use means: display on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization such as profile pictures, banners, and posts; print and framing in personal spaces; display as part of designs on websites and channels.

Such displays must be the watermarked version of the commission. They may not post the unwatermarked version anywhere. Credit via link back to the artist’s homepage (https://dustfinity.crd.co/) isn't required, however highly appreciated.

If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gift the artist may delay the public showcase at the client’s request.

The client CAN NOT use the work for any form of profit such as prints, merchandise, etc. unless otherwise negotiated before payment. Exceptions may be made for cases where the client sells the design or rights to a character portrayed in the commission.

The client CAN NOT, under any circumstances, claim the work as their own.

Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

The client CAN color/edit/resize/crop the commissioned artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format nor it is claimed as their own.

Commercial usage rights are not included unless its clearly specified and agreed upon by both parties before the work is started.

Inquiry, Payment, and Filled Slot: The artist and client will agree on the details and final price through Buzzly, FurAffinity notes or Discord, and the client will be added to the queue. Then, the artist will send an invoice via PayPal, which should be paid within 24-72 hours (1-3 days). Payment plans can be discussed. Tips may be sent as gifts outside of the invoice (this DOES NOT violate PayPal’s policies). Work will not begin until paid in full, unless otherwise agreed.

The client must provide an up to date visual reference sheet(s) for the character(s). While descriptive texts are allowed, they must be simple or it might cost extra for the additional time needed to design the look of the character.

Ongoing communication and discussion will occur throughout the project, including work in progress, idea generation and collaboration, situational updates, and more.

Communication channels may include Discord, Twitter, Buzzly or FurAffinity private messages according to Artist discretion.

Artist response time may vary up to a week in order to provide better or more concrete updates. The client may reach out to the artist at any point to ask about the progress, in-progress images may not always be provided at the artist's discretion.

First Approval**: The artist will give a preview of the thumbnail for the client. The client may request that the artist go in a different direction. Once the client gives their approval, work will continue.

The artist will send the sketch for approval, the client must say what they want changed or if its okay to continue working on the piece.

Further edits are available, however if they are big, additional fees may be charged.

Sketching and Refining: The artist fills the characters out on the chosen thumbnail and works in the detail. The artist refines the sketch until it is completed.

Artist strives to perform to the best of their ability in good faith and warrants Work is 100% original according to Artist’s best knowledge.

Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.

Flat-colour: The linework will be filled with colours according to references provided. Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorised for use by the Client.

Rendering: The artist will paint/render the lighting and shadows of the commission.

Delivery and Postage: Once the image has been finished, the artist will submit it to their personal gallery, unless previously specified that its a time-sensitive gift.

The artist is not responsible for the safe storing of the commission.

**The client has FIVE DAYS (5) to respond to an approval unless otherwise agreed upon. After five days, the commission will be put on hold until there is another open slot or a response is received. Telling the artist that the client will get back to them with corrections (without including a date) does not count as a response.

The artist retains the right to change both the prices and the terms of service at any time, for any reason.

If these changes occur after a commission has been paid, the client is only held to the terms and price agreed to beforehand.

If these changes occur after a price has been agreed on but has not been paid, the client is held to the agreed upon price but the new terms.
